All products purchased before cancellation will be required to be paid for by the requestor. In many cases Nutrition Services is having to order product weeks in advance to have on-site for your event.

Sack Lunch Request Form:
In addition, we request that all sack lunch requests are then followed up with a process of asking parents which student will indeed be taking a lunch on the day of the event. Please submit your final numbers to both the Nutrition Services office as well as your kitchen staff no later than one week prior to the event. These final totals need to include a complete list of names of students who will be needing a lunch for documentation and financial purposes.
Please remember to communicate with kitchen staff about the time sack lunches will be picked up and the process for checking these lunches out.
