Student Registration

Kindergarten registration will begin at your local elementary school at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2018.  Children must be 5 by August 31st. Several forms can be completed in advance and can be accessed under "Parent & Student Resources" "Student Registration" above, or by accessing them below. Please bring the following with you: Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Proof of Residence (i.e. utility bill) and valid ID of parent/guardian registering the child. We are excited to welcome our newest students to Cheney!
 
Registration for the 2018-19 school year:
Following are some of the registration forms which can be completed in advance, and are provided in a fillable format. Additional forms will need to be completed at the school. Be sure to bring a birth certificate (or proof of birth), immunization records and proof of residence (such as a utility bill) when registering.
Contact Cheney High School, 559-4000, beginning at the beginning of August to set a registration appointment.
Westwood Middle School, 559-4150, can be contacted at the beginning of August also.
Cheney Middle School, 559-4400, can be reached in mid-August to set an appointment.
All elementary schools will begin registering students mid-August.

Middle School students new to the district can call Cheney Middle School at 559-4400 or Westwood Middle School at 559-4150 to make an appointment.
 
Cheney High School appointments for new student registration should be made in advance by calling 559-4000, and Three Springs High School appointments can be made by calling 559-4587.

Kindergartners and students new to the district must bring a birth certificate (or proof of birth), immunization records and proof of residence (such as a utility bill) when registering.  Immunization requirements for each grade level are available online at http://www.doh.wa.gov/CommunityandEnvironment/Schools/Immunization/VaccineRequirements
