Student Registration

Use the following link to determine which attendance boundary your home is located in: 
Preschool:  Registration began on May 1, 2019. For more information on EACAP Preschool, visit:
Kindergarten:  Registration began at your local elementary school on Friday, March 1, 2019. Children must be 5 by August 31st to be in Kindergarten. Several forms can be completed in advance and can be accessed under "Parent & Student Resources" "Student Registration" above, or by accessing them below. Please bring the following with you: Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Proof of Residence (i.e. utility bill) and valid ID of parent/guardian registering the child. 

Elementary School:  Registration for students in grades 1 - 5 opened on May 1, 2019 and will run through June 21, 2019. The elementary school offices will be open for one day during the summer on August 6, 2019 to register new students. The offices will reopen for registration starting on August 20, 2019. No appointment is necessary.
Middle School:  Registration for students in grades 6 - 8 will be conducted during the summer on August 6th.  Registration will resume once office staff and counselors have returned on August 20, 2019. Contact Cheney Middle School (CMS), 559-4400, or Westwood Middle School (WMS), 559-4150, to get additional registration information or schedule an appointment.
High School:  Registration for students in grades 9 - 12 will be conducted on June 17 (at CHS) and July 17 (at CMS due to construction) during the summer months. The high school office will reopen for registration on August 20, 2019. Contact Cheney High School, 559-4000 to schedule a registration appointment.

Following are some of the registration forms which can be completed in advance, and are provided in a fillable format. Additional forms will need to be completed at the school. Be sure to bring a birth certificate (or proof of birth), immunization records and proof of residence (such as a utility bill) when registering.
