This summer (2023), students enrolled on the last day of school attending Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) schools will receive in the mail a letter and one Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) card per student. Existing families who currently have a P-EBT card will only receive a letter. All CEP families will receive them regardless of income.

Students attending HomeWorks!, Windsor, and CHS who qualify for Free and Reduced Price Meals and are enrolled on the last day of school will receive in the mail a letter and one Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) card per student. Existing families who currently have a P-EBT card will only receive a letter.

If you have changed addresses this school year, please make sure your current address is updated with your students’ school building.

Cheney Public Schools does not have information about when funds will be added to the P-EBT cards and recommends signing up for text message alerts to receive P-EBT updates. Sign up here: https://www.textpebt.dshs.wa.gov/
