Welcome to WIN Academy!

We are proud to introduce you to WIN Academy, a new high school program that is part of our learning options at Cheney Public Schools. If you know of a student who needs more opportunities for credits en route to graduation, WIN Academy may be right for them. WIN is a blended learning model that provides flexible courses for students, small classroom sizes, and continued 1-1 support with a teacher and school counselor. Students will receive support in all domains that include academic, college/career plans, and social/emotional support and well-being. At WIN academy we prioritize our students' needs, so they can graduate high school and be better prepared for post high school plans.

Who is eligible to attend WIN academy? Below is a list of some characteristics to help students and families identify if WIN Academy is right for them:  

• Credit deficient
• Self-motivated w/online classwork 
• Needs flexibility with schedule
• Experiencing hardships or special circumstances that impact school success 
• Needs frequent check-ins with adults
• Does not need to receive special academic services in this program
