Cheney Public Schools is pleased to announce the launch of a Student Advisory Team for the district. The Student Advisory Team will work together in support of our district goals and outcomes. They will meet throughout the year to determine and work towards their team goals and outcomes in response to district goals and outcomes. This team will work with the superintendent and district leadership team as student representatives. The Student Advisory Team comprises students from every school and is broken into three levels: elementary, middle, and high.

Students can serve up to a two-year term at each level and will be selected by a district team, who will evaluate applicants against set criteria. Applications are open from May 3 to May 26, and applicants will be notified on June 9. Any student in grades 2 - 12 is eligible to apply.
