Memorial Vigil for Brayden Bahme

Tomorrow evening, Monday, May 1 at 6 PM, a candlelight vigil will be held at Crunk’s Field in Cheney for Brayden Bahme. Please share this post and encourage others to join us.

This past week, our community lost a beloved member with the tragic passing of CHS 10th grader, Brayden Bahme. As our community continues to grieve his loss, we would like to invite everyone to come together to honor Brayden and support his family.

Everyone is encouraged to wear blue tomorrow to honor Brayden. Many students will be wearing blue shirts to school tomorrow with Brayden’s soccer number 7 on the back. #blueforbrayden

There will be a portable sound system present with the opportunity for people to speak and share.

We are asking for attendees to bring a small white candle to be lit during the vigil.

Brayden loved to fish. We are encouraging everyone to bring a fishing item to be placed at the memorial and later donated by Brayden’s family to a youth fishing organization in Brayden’s name.

This is a trying time for all, especially for Brayden’s family and close friends. I look forward to our community gathering together to support each other and share some love and happy memories in this time of grief.
