Cheney Public Schools is pleased to recognize our many talented education support professionals. We join Governor Jay Inslee in celebrating these dedicated individuals.

In Governor Inslee's proclamation, he recognized the wide variety of support areas our classified staff work diligently in for our schools. "Education support professionals are involved in nearly every aspect of education," said Inslee and are "instrumental in fulfilling the state's responsibility to educate all students, and by supporting the learning environment, they serve as crucial partners with teachers, parents, administrators, and school boards."

Superintendent Rob Roettger shared his appreciation for classified staff, saying, "The classified staff members of Cheney Public Schools are critically important to every aspect of our school system. I truly appreciate all of their care and concern for students and their dedication to our school district. THANK YOU classified staff members!”
