Inclusionary Preschool

Cheney Public Schools is pleased to offer an inclusionary preschool program to the community. The preschool programs are taught by certificated and classified early childhood educators.

Sessions are two (2) full days per week and align with the start and end times of the elementary school day. Students may be registered for one (1) preschool session at a time in Cheney Public Schools. Preschool programs are available to students from three (3) years of age through five (5) years of age (on or before August 31).

How to Register

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year opens Friday, May 8!We encourage all interested families to fill out the ECEAP 2026-2027 Pre-Screen & Application Form to see if you qualify. Once completed, either email or drop off the Pre-Screen & Application Form at your neighborhood school. Click here to determine your neighborhood school.

Next, interested families will need to register their preschool student(s). Click the appropriate button below:

New Student Registration for New Families 

Please Note: New student registrations for existing families can be completed in the Skyward Qmlativ app or web browser. 

Tuition-based preschool is available for families who do not qualify for ECEAP. The preschool tuition rate is $3,120 per year, divided into ten (10) equal monthly payments of $312 per month.
