District Boundaries

Boundary Review Community Partners Team

Cheney Public Schools is opening a new elementary school in Airway Heights for the 2027-28 school year. This exciting change means the district must adjust attendance boundaries for several elementary schools to ensure balanced enrollment and equitable access for all families.

The Boundary Review Community Partners Team--which will be made up of community members, families, and district staff from across Cheney Public Schools--will guide this process using current data and community feedback.

See the tabs below for the Boundary Review Community Partners Team (BRCPT) application (due October 31, 2025), team selection process, boundary adjustment process, and FAQs.
