Trip Tickets

Staff can now enter their trip requests, eliminating paper and allowing them to follow their trip requests through the approval process. They will immediately see all their trip requests on a system-wide trip calendar.

BE SURE THAT THE BUDGET CODE IS CORRECT!

To access the system, new users must register by entering their school email address. Click on the button above; when redirected, select the green New Registration link. This will take new users to the registration tab. Once your registration is submitted, you will receive an email containing a link to activate your registration. You should receive this email within 30 minutes of your registration. If you don't, please check your spam. Your email address will be your login.

REMINDER: Request Sack Lunches for Field Trips

If a field trip takes place during the school day and students will miss their regularly scheduled lunch period, alternative meal arrangements must be made. Please complete a Sack Lunch Request Form to coordinate meal arrangements for your students. This form is legally required to document students who will be eating off-site.
