Reasons to Volunteer

Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.

-Elizabeth Andrew

Volunteers Are Beautiful People

“Volunteer where your child can see you.”  The message the child receives is:  “My parent is at school, they care about me."

YOU can change a child's life forever just by volunteering!

Volunteering makes you feel needed and makes a child feel special.

You can learn new skills for yourself while giving back to the community.

Volunteering helps you meet new people and can create lifelong friends.

It can create new contacts which may help your business and/or career.

Children learn from our example.  We need to ask ourselves, “What has my child learned from me today?”  and  ”What example did I set?”

Volunteers play an important role in the school community, and their individual and collective efforts have a positive impact on students.
