Technology Purchasing Procedure

Hardware:

1. A request for a quote for the item(s) needed can be submitted via Technology Work Order Request.

2. If the item(s) are compatible with district standards for hardware, a quote will be provided by email to the requestor.

3. If the items(s) are incompatible with district standards for hardware, a quote will be provided by email to the requestor of available alternatives

4. IT Department will purchase equipment.

5. Once the item(s) arrive in district, the IT department will tag, configure, and deploy the item(s) as soon as possible.
