Substitute Forms and Information

Cheney Public Schools is always seeking qualified substitutes to work in our schools. We are pleased that our current substitutes chose to substitute with our district. The role of a substitute can be challenging and demanding, but also very rewarding. Substitute Application Forms

Emergency Substitute Teachers

To qualify to become an Emergency Substitute Teacher, you must possess at least a bachelor's degree. Please complete the Certified Substitute Application and forms, and include a copy of your unofficial transcripts. Follow the checklist that is included with the Certified Substitute Application and contact Leigh Lubbers to schedule a time to turn in your application. Go to the following OSPI website and create an account so a request for your emergency certification can be submitted.
Absence Management (formerly Aesop)
