CMS 8th grade students celebrate Family Friday once a month. The entire 8th grade student population, 8th grade teaching staff, principals, and counselors get together every month to celebrate the wonderful accomplishments of 8th grade CMS students. This month the CMS teachers had a unique opportunity to recognize one outstanding 8th grade student who exemplifies greatness and they chose to honor Marie Claire (MC) Mayfield.  MC received a certificate of appreciation from Cheney Federal Credit Union along with a gift of $50.00. A number of other students were also recognized for achievements and accomplishments in the 8th grade.
