April 2025 - Creation of 6-12 districtwide committee focused on standards based grading transition
May 2025 - Secondary SBG Committee work kicks off
June - September 2025 - District provides information, resources, research and process overview to secondary staff
October 2025 - Professional Learning Day for secondary staff discussed key processes and implications for standards based grading to inform options for the SBG pilot process
October - November 2025 - update website for SBG development and implementation updates. 
November 2025 - Secondary staff will vote on specific procedures to be implemented in SBG pilot
December 2025 - January 2026 - Pilot Team Planning and Training
February - June 2026 - Pilot semester. Collect feedback from students, families and teachers. 
March - May 2026 - Secondary SBG committee reviews pilot feedback to formalize district procedures and implementation timeline.
June 2026 - Formal districtwide update for standards based grading implementation details.
