Bond and Levy Facts

2015 BOND Fact:

Enrollment has steadily grown

in the district over the past five
years. Over the next six years it is
projected that enrollment will increase
by another 600 students. 150 of these

students are anticipated to enroll at CHS.

2015 LEVY Fact:

Levy = learning and programs. Levy funds provide teachers and support staff (counselors, nurses, specialists) beyond those provided by state ratios. These funds also provide additional time for teachers beyond the number of days paid by the state. The time is used for professional development, curriculum improvement, preparation, extended responsibilities for staff, and time for teachers beyond actual school instructional days.

  • Winter Weather Clothing Expectations
Parents, please send your student to school prepared for winter weather conditions: warm coat, hat, gloves/mittens, snow boots and snow pants. If your student is in need of winter items please contact our school counselor, Mrs. Schlotter @ 559-4726 for assistance. Likewise if you have new or gently used winter clothing to donate, Mrs. Schlotter would be happy to distribute items to students in need. Also, please remember appropriate gym shoes are needed for days students participate in physical education.
