Student Registration / Overview

Attached are some of the registration forms which can be completed in advance. Additional forms will need to be completed at the school. Students in kindergarten through fifth grade who are new to the district can register at their respective schools every weekday beginning August 15th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Cheney Middle School students new to the district can call 559-4400 at any time after August 1st to make an appointment to register.

Cheney High School appointments for new student registration should be made in advance at any time after August 1st by calling 559-4000.

Three Springs High School students should call 559-4587 on August 19 or later to make an appointment to register.

Kindergartners and students new to the district must bring a birth certificate (or proof of birth) and immunization records when registering. (Immunization requirements for each grade level are available online at http://www.doh.wa.gov/cfh/Immunize/schools/vaccine.htm.)

The district recently adopted a new nutrition policy to help our students learn to make healthier choices. Policy No. 6700 Procedure No. 6700 The approved snack list clearly outlines the foods that are now prohibited under the modified Nutrition Policy and offers ideas for healthy snack alternatives.
