  • Congratulations Blackhawks!

U.S. News has ranked Cheney High School as one of the best High Schools in the Nation for 2016.  They reviewed 28,561 U.S. public high schools; 466 Washington schools made the rankings.

Using state test scores, AP test scores, and enrollment data along with a comprehensive methodology, CHS was given College Readiness Index score, with the top-scoring 6,500 schools receiving a gold, silver or bronze medal and - in the case of gold and silver schools - a numerical ranking.
