Important information for current substitutes wanting to substitute next school year:
To be a sub for the 2012-13 school year you must complete and return all four of the forms described below to Human Resources no later than June 1, 2012. Failure to complete and return all four forms by this date will result in your substitute account being inactivated for the 2012-13 school year. This involves two steps:
1) The Notification of Reasonable Assurance letter will be emailed to you between May 7th and May 9th. You will need to print, sign, and return this letter along with the three additional documents described below. 2) The three additional documents are available at www.cheneysd.org under the “Employment” tab. Once there, look in the left-hand column and choose "SUBSTITUTE Renewal Forms." Then select the link for either “Classified Sub Renewal Forms” or “Certificated Sub Renewal Forms.” This link will cause a file to open with the forms appropriate for your classification: Substitute Agreement, Staff Application for Network Access, and the Substitute Network Access User Name Sign-Up Form. Complete these three forms and return them to Human Resources with your Notification of Reasonable Assurance letter. NOTE: Your return is not confirmed without submission of all four forms. If you are unable to open or print any of the forms, please come to the Human Resource Office at the Fisher Building and we will provide them to you. Please call 559-4542 with questions.
